Processing Time

All Vox Boy Kits are assembled to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your item ships.

Shipping Regions

We currently only ship within the United States.
If you're located outside the U.S. and are interested in purchasing a Vox Boy Kit, please contact us at sales@voxboy.com to inquire about potential international options.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, options are available at checkout.

Delivery Estimates (U.S.)

• Delivery times will vary based on the shipping carrier and method selected. You should see the timeframe for each shipping option in your cart.
  

Delivery timeframes begin after the 3–5 business day processing period.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking details.

Delivery Issues

Vox Boy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked “Delivered” by the shipping carrier.
